CITVN is a nonprofit coop managed by a Catholic Worker Movement community of volunteers
We will take on only one turnkey project each month to assure quality 4K cinematic productions
If the project is a CITVN COOP production, we own the content and sell underwriter banners
If you own the content, our average project donation ranges from $500 - $2,175 for turnkey pre-production, production and post-production services. If you have used up all 184 hours of our volunteer time within a month, plus CITVN Coop fixed costs and equipment depreciation, your project has cost us $11.82 per hour to produce.
Some might think that's a steal, when compared to similar 2021 broadcast quality live stream commercial rates in Dayton Ohio. Some have said we should not give away our services because people will say it has no value. We challenge anyone to test that assumption.

CITVN COOP is a nonprofit offering the voluntary services of highly skilled labor and supervised paid student interns. We have 16 years experience in global live streaming of internationally renowned speakers. CITVN COOP is prepared to invest $65K in 4K wifi-enabled broadcast equipment specific for Dayton Arcade live streaming and documentary video production. Our goal is not to maximize profit. We have no desire to compete with anyone. Our goal is to develop collaborative relationships to promote the Dayton Arcade ecosystem of event organizers, universities, restaurateurs, musicians, artists and entrepreneurs.
It's the combination of broadcast quality technology, efficient process and collaborative investment of creative people's time that determines the commercial value of productions, not how much money you pay for documentary and streaming media services. The measures of success are: (1) View count; (2) Play rate; (3) Engagement; (4) Social sharing; (5) Click-through rate; (6) Conversion rate; (7) Feedback; and, (8) Return on Investment.
You get the undivided attention of a dedicated broadcast media production company for a month. We will submit an accounting for our time, fixed and variable costs, depreciation and project metrics of success to help you evaluate the production return on investment and rationalize the expense. We suggest, at a minimum, that you cover our very low fixed costs and depreciation prior to each phase of production (see below) plus a final donation of $360 to fund an indigent bed in a local sober house for a month. You might consider donating a Dayton Ohio Living Wage. If you are poor too, we may donate our time, talents and treasure to help support you. We want all Dayton Arcade stakeholders to succeed. CITVN COOP is an exchange of gifts with the poor ... CITVN COOP is our gift to you.
