This is a demonstration website, not for public distribution

This is our attempt to complete business planning due diligence and discernment of God's will. We apologise for there is a lot of verbiage to wade through, which we will turn into condensed organized interactive video content once we have reached a GO decision. In the interim, we assume that if the read is of interest to you, perhaps we may be of service to you now or in the future. We appreciate your feedback, upon which we will base our decision to invest in Dayton Arcade stakeholders.

CITVN COOP is offering to invest $65K to build a dedicated wifi-enabled 4K broadcast media production facility within the Dayton Arcade, run by resident experienced highly skilled non profit volunteers and supervised paid student interns to serve the interactive documentary and live steaming needs of Dayton Arcade entrepreneurs, artists, restaurateurs, and event organizers. We envision the possibilities for collaborative relationships with PBS, media and advertising firms, universities, nonprofits, venture capital and real estate investors.

So, we are just spitballing on this demo site to spark imaginations and to learn. To make this significant investment and total commitment of our time, CITVN COOP volunteers need to know if there are among Dayton Arcade stakeholders people with a need for complex broadcast media communication and distribution solutions that are not resident within or can not be commercially or technically duplicated at a price point affordable to event organizers, seed-stage businesses and independent artists. That's collaboration.

CITVN COOP has a great track record in orchestrating weekly global live stream production, interactive documentary and distribution of internationally renowned keynote speakers. Our 256,000 subscribers include ethics professionals from 12 academic disciplines, pastors and Directors of Religious Education located in over 16,000 parishes, and over 20,000 professors at 196 Catholic universities located in 76 countries. And, we serve the business communications needs of seed stage entrepreneurs, artists and nonprofits. Our arts documentaries and global live streaming events have included lectures and expositions at the Dayton Art Institute, Geneva Switzerland based Globethics, London School of Economics, British Museum, Buckingham Palace, Louvre Museum, Vatican, and interactive videos for event documentary, sales enablement, corporate communications, and training.

We offer to dedicate 1,100 hours of volunteer service and all our technological resources to 6 highly choreographed 4K live stream and interactive documentary events each year for the benefit of Dayton Arcade seed-stage entrepreneurs, artists and restaurateurs. Our nonprofit breakeven on $65K Dayton Arcade production facility investment is accomplished with generation of an additional $500 dollars marginal revenue each month. Given the high quality and very low cost of CITVN COOP productions, I am reasonably confident we can attract event organizers, anchor business partners and underwriters to make 4K broadcast quality interactive media communications available to Dayton's startup business community.

100% of CITVN COOP operating income supports homeless men and women in recovery from addictions. Trained as an economist, I was employed locally for over 20 years in sales, marketing and strategic planning within investment, merger & divestiture, tax franchise, manufacturing export, coop and venture capital industries. I have owned a full service restaurant, call center and video production company. I worked in the treasury department of a Fortune 1000 company. I organized an arts documentary video production class at Sinclair Community College, was a DATV Producer, taught business planning at the Dayton Chamber of Commerce and have helped disabled entrepreneurs start over a dozen seed-stage companies. I have bi-polar disorder, am in long-term recovery from addictions and have experienced some periods of business failure, unemployment and homelessness throughout my 64 years of life. I suppose I have learned: (1) I can't do this alone; (2) I can learn as much from failure as success; (3) often with a disability there is a gift; (4) God does not create junk; and, (5) our purpose in life is to learn how to love. We are all called to participate in Creation.

ANNUAL GALA LIVE AUCTION

For example, let's consider the needs of local charities and schools that might wish to hold their Annual gala fundraiser event at the Dayton Arcade Rotunda. Venues have restricted seating due to COVID, so the Dayton Arcade Rotunda might make sense due to a higher COVID capacity rating. However, event venue ticket sales and attendance is generally down more than 50% due to COVID. And live stream attendance is down another 50% due to a massive surge in webinars competing for attention that most often have very low production quality. Many nonprofits have attempted to live stream a gala auction event, but the high production cost and low quality stream resulted in disappointing ROI. CITVN can deliver a choreographed broadcast-quality live stream auction with pre-production video trailer and registration page, four 4K cameras, 86" 4K monitor, scripted teleprompter, Skype TX Broadcaster appearances of celebrity supporters, plenty of b-roll video interviews with staff and client stories to explain the organization's mission, stunning graphics that are the basis for engagement, retention and call-to-action at a visera level of understanding, and finish the project with a polished interactive 4K edited video for documentary, dissemination, training or sales enablement. That's what can be done for $500 - $2,000 when CITVN Coop dedicates our resources and advanced broadcast technology to exceed your communications needs and objectives.

WEDDINGS

Another COVID era example, think of the Arcade Rotunda as a space for live-streamed weddings, whether you're planning a small micro gathering for 50 or an elegant gala for up to 700 well spaced guests, with remote family members piped in through Zoom or Skype to toast the bride and groom on a 4K 84" video screen, 4 camera live streams mixed and posted to multiple family Facebook pages, a polished post-production documentary in brilliant cinematic 4K to host privately on your favorite photo and video sharing site (Flickr, Google Photo, YouTube, Vimeo, DailyMotion) and a 4K photo album or coffee table book of the very best shots, all for $500 - $2000. Wedding Cost Estimator

PERFORMING ARTS

How about a Dayton Ballet, Dayton Philharmonic or Puzzle of Light performance, with live feeds in a brilliant 4K 3-camera, audio-video NDI broadcast mix distributed through PBS Dayton.

CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS

How about a corporate event live-streamed through a closed virtual private network, MS Teams Global Conference, Workcast, Zoom Room, Cisco WebX, etc. Examples include: a 4K interactive corporate documentary video for product launch, virtual trade show, investor relations, on-demand webinars, virtual job fair, training and sales enablement.

CITVN FORUM

CITVN, in cooperation with 196 Catholic universities located in 76 countries, produces live stream academic lectures focused through the lens of Catholic Social Teaching. The monthly lecture series is distributed to 256,000 ethics professionals within 12 academic departments and to pastors and teachers in over 16,000 parishes. We hope to build at the HUB Shark Tank an online MS Teams Together Mode audience interacting with a live local audience. Tricaster 2 Elite with integrated Zoom, SkypeTX for Broadcasters and MS Teams will bring broadcast quality world class speakers to the Dayton Arcade.

BOOTSTRAP PRODUCTIONS

CITVN provides the training, equipment and facilities for an interdisciplinary teams of college students to create their very own non-commercial local streaming media program or documentary video. We are in the process of establishing a trust for the nonprofit assets, to provide CITVN COOP continuity in the years to come. Effective training, quality equipment, and the continuous promotion of Marianist values, to include Community, Service, Justice, Peace and the Integrity of Creation, keeps CITVN COOP members engaged with our community. We are proud to say that since 2005 we’ve shared this philosophy with CITVN COOP members, community partners, local non-profits, youth groups, schools, and businesses. Looking forward into 2021, we will continue to bring important community events, such as arts exhibitions, performing arts, community forums, candidate debates, keynote speakers, talk shows, documentaries and much more to the Dayton Arcade. The production facility is utilized as a entrepreneurial training program for mentally ill citizens and ex-felons in recovery from addictions who would be better off working for themselves.

VOLUNTEER SERVICES

We offer to dedicate each year 1,100 hours of volunteer service and all our technological resources to 6 highly choreographed 4K live stream and interactive documentary events for the benefit of Dayton Arcade seed-stage entrepreneurs, artists and restaurateurs. Our nonprofit breakeven on $60K Dayton Arcade production facility investment is accomplished with generation of $1000 dollars marginal revenue each month. Given the high quality and very low cost of CITVN COOP productions, I am reasonably confident we can attract event organizers, anchor business partners and underwriters to make 4K broadcast quality interactive media communications available to the Dayton Arcade startup business community.

This is an example of an edited rough cut keynote academic lecture, that was live streamed to 76 countries with Wirecast Pro and Zoom integration. It's a scripted presentation streamed with low quality, high latency hobbyist software. It works, but the production value can be greatly enhanced with professional 4K broadcast media equipment.
