Dayton Arcade Events
The rotunda area can host more than 1,000 attendees for a casual cocktail event, in addition to around 700 for a seated-style event. The HUB Shark Tank space will have its own entrance off of Fourth Street and will lend itself for more of a "blackbox theatre" type of presentation, which is perfect for smaller performances, to include CITVN COOP media productions. Both spaces feature professional custom lighting and AV capabilities, green rooms/wedding party suites and full event catering.
Culture Works has been named the manager of the event space within phase one of the south Arcade, which includes the rotunda area and the tank space. The Dayton Arcade, which has been described as the largest and most complex project underway in the city core, is a block of nine downtown buildings being redeveloped as a mixed-use facility centered around arts, innovation, restaurants and retail, co-working and event space.

PROMOTION
As long as you can bootstrap, not at the sacrifice of competitive advantage, bootstrapping is a really powerful thing because it allows you to be totally devoted to your vision. CITVN COOP will dedicate our 4K live stream production studio, call center and a $120,000 annual Google AdWords grant to promoting events at the Dayton Arcade that would benefit from well choreographed cinematic live stream distribution.

And live stream attendance is down another 50% due to a massive surge in webinars competing for attention that most often have very low production quality. CITVN FORUM
CITVN, in cooperation with 196 Catholic universities located in 76 countries, produces live stream academic lectures focused through the lens of Catholic Social Teaching. The monthly lecture series is distributed to 256,000 ethics professionals within 12 academic departments and to pastors and teachers in over 16,000 parishes. We hope to build at the HUB Shark Tank an online MS Teams Together Mode audience interacting with a live local audience. Tricaster 2 Elite with integrated Zoom, SkypeTX for Broadcasters and MS Teams will bring broadcast quality world class speakers to the Dayton Arcade.
CITVN COOP
CITVN provides the training, equipment and facilities for an interdisciplinary teams of college students to create their very own non-commercial local streaming media program or documentary video. We are in the process of establishing a trust for the nonprofit assets, to provide CITVN Coop continuity in the years to come. Effective training, quality equipment, and the continuous promotion of Marianist values, to include Community, Service, Justice, Peace and the Integrity of Creation, keeps CITVN coop members engaged with our community. We are proud to say that since 2005 we’ve shared this philosophy with CITVN coop members, community partners, local non-profits, youth groups, schools, and businesses. Looking forward in 2021, we will continue to bring important community events, such as arts exhibitions, performing arts, community forums, candidate debates, keynote speakers, talk shows, documentaries and much more to the Dayton Arcade.
VOLUNTEER SERVICES
We offer to dedicate each year 1,100 hours of volunteer service and all our technological resources to 6 highly choreographed 4K live stream and interactive documentary events for the benefit of Dayton Arcade seed-stage entrepreneurs, artists and restaurateurs. Our nonprofit breakeven on $60K Dayton Arcade production facility investment is accomplished with generation of $1000 dollars marginal revenue each month. Given the high quality and very low cost of CITVN COOP productions, I am reasonably confident we can attract event organizers, anchor business partners and underwriters to make 4K broadcast quality interactive media communications available to the Dayton Arcade startup business community.

About
A historic and cultural landmark, the Dayton Arcade is being renovated. After being shuttered for nearly 30 years, this is a massive project, central to the vitality of downtown Dayton.
PBS is following the progress of the renovation in a new three-part documentary, The Dayton Arcade – Waking the Giant, starting in the fall of 2020.
