QuickBooks or WAVE Bookkeeping Services
Quickbooks is designed for sole proprietors, partnerships, corporations and nonprofits. We specialize in setup, training and bookkeeping services for entrepreneurial start-ups. The goal is for you to learn how to do this yourself. Quickbooks offers a scalable accounting system that can grow with your business.
We provide full-service bookkeeping for startups. Our fee structure is a $25 dollar flat monthly fee. Quickbooks charges $200 per month. You meet with me in Zoom once each week to practice and learn how to use Quickbooks or WAVE. Our goal is to teach you at your own pace how to do this for yourself.
Basic Bookkeeping: We define this as transaction allocation
and monthly bank/credit card reconciliations. Training also includes
requests for and uses of reports. And, we teach you how to use a
monthly rolling cash flow spreadsheet for planning "what if."
Invoicing and Billing: clients can send over any documents
they need turned into bills or invoices and we show you how you
design the form, email the invoice and receive payment with PayPal.
Payroll Processing: we can teach you how to do this, or, you can use low-cost QuickBooks or WAVE payroll services
P.O.S: we can assist in implementing low-cost point of sale accounting systems
Tax Filing: We file online federal 1040 and state 1040 tax returns.
We eFile federal and State tax returns. Local tax returns are filed on paper for you to submit.
If you are in business for yourself, you generally need to make estimated
tax payments. We will show you how to Pay federal estimated quarterly
taxes in QuickBooks Self-Employed or WAVE accounting. The Payroll services
will send your payroll taxes and forms automatically to ensure
your business processes taxes on time.
Custom Services: Anything outside of these services yet still
related to your accounting needs. i.e. A/R collection,
merchant service reconciling, creating special reports,
anything you need.
